Vehicle to Android via Bluetooth

The goal

Enable communication from an automotive vehicle bus to an Android device and vice versa
- There are many automotive busses available like CAN or GMBus
- This project concentrates on IBus at first
Interesting information:
- Steering wheel buttons like volume+, volume-, back, forward, telephone, menu etc
- Ambient lighting level inside
- Speed
- Temperature
- ...
The first usage for this information is to control media player running in an Android tablet described in more details here: https://www.jkry.org/ouluhack/thauta/carmedia
